| We have around 1,580,000
square feet of dry storage area in the main population and production centers
in Mexico, where we provide warehousing services for domestic products
and can act as a Fiscal Deposit (customs bonded warehouse) for
merchandise to be imported. The latter includes deferral of payment to
the Mexican government for value-added tax, import duties, and other
import levies.

| We also offer the Foreign
Supplier Inventory Safekeeping Program, tailored specifically for companies
located outside Mexico,
through which we assist them to serve the Mexican market without the
need to have a representative or business establishment in Mexico.
This allows our clients to sell their products from their place of
origin, to any and all potential customers, while maintaining absolute
control over their merchandise in our facilities.

| Through Field Warehousing
we can extend the benefits of our services to our clients´ facilities
in any part of the country; whether in warehouses, patios, tanks,
silos, or feedlots, thus validating their inventories with our
warehouse receipts and the corresponding pledge bonds to facilitate
borrowings from secured lenders or providing them with an in-bond
service in their own locations.

services in our own refrigerated and freezer warehouses for both
domestic and imported products. These also have customs authorization
to operate under the Fiscal Deposit program.

handle a variety of temperature ranges.

equipment employing the latest technology, including automated
temperature controls and recording to provide optimal product
maintenance.

accredited by the Ministry of Commerce as an official Verification
Entity and can meet our clients´ needs by issuing either or both of
the following documents:

Proof of Conformity: Blanket
certification that your commercial information labeling complies with
Mexican law, for imported or domestic products.

Certificate of Compliance:
Documentary substantiation, issued under agreement with the Ministry
of Commerce, that the disclosure of commercial information of
specific products to be imported complies with Mexican law.
